It is a really good exercise equipment. You can change settings on it to the tension level that you want.

It's harder than you think to use it properly. Easy to assemble.Built well and very lightweight and functional for helping with the physical problems.

Seem like a good product, but no instructions were provided as to how to use it for the purpose of Kegal exercise. Please provide some directions.

I have read mixed reviews on this product but I am loving mine. People have stated it doesnt stay in place. Both side panels can be adjusted. I just turned mine so that they fit between my inner thighs better and havent had any issues with it slipping. I adjusted mine so that the middle piece faces down. This position works well for me. When holding it in-between my knees, squeeze and thrust upward it tends to work more of my pelvic area and my glutes. When I position it more towards my inner thighs, It tends to work more of my inner thigh muscles. Glad I purchased it. I have been using it everyday and you do feel the burn.

Cheap and literally does nothing. I could squeeze ANYTHING between my thighs and get more push back than this. Water of time and moneyJunk
