Awesome, refreshing way to get 15 grams of protein without heavy shake
I love this product and I love this flavor. Great way to get 15 gr. of protein and only 70 calories. Texture is light and clear, very refreshing. If you are looking for a lighter, less heavy alternative to protein shakes, this is it. Since it is also high water content with some electrolytes, you are also getting good hydration with 500 ml bottles. I also love that product has no artificial sweeteners. It is sweetened with steavia, which I can tolerate. Admittedly, it is somewhat expensive, but it is also stands alone for its protein, electrolytes, convenience, lack of artificial sweeteners, and refreshing qualities.

Overall good
Great flavor with the dragonfruit blackberry and the peach mango. Easy way to get your protein in. The watermelon strawberry does have an odd after taste.

Love the drink
Drink these instead of sports drinks and thank me later. They are very good not overly sweet and gives you a protein boost. Delicious ice cold.

Not for everyone but a good choice for whey protein infused water.
Can't knock it completely (I personally know what comes with "whey protein" infused drinks lol) because it IS tasty and it absolutely does do what it advertises (it's a protein drink, instead of a "shake" you're doing "water" instead).I took a star away because just sadly (I at least have yet to come across one) this does what every other "whey protein" drink does and sadly you "will" 100% absolutely taste that whole "whey protein" taste you get when you make yourself a whey protein shake.Idk, I obv don't make them but there are many out there (why I have this one a try to compare with the others) and NONE of them, honestly do it "right". They do it as best as you can but man, if you work out regularly, you're not a stranger to "whey protein" shakes and just things made from it, trust me. You know what I'm talking about and that "taste" is still absolutely there in this drink. The first sip and initial taste you will get is whatever flavor you bought (in my case dragon fruit and blackberry) the problem is after those few seconds (literally) of that "good" berry (again whatever flavor u got) taste you will get hit with that whole "whey protein" after taste. It's just one of those things, that it is what it is. Know what you're buying. This isn't an energy drink, or an alternative to that, it's not a "hydration" drink either (aka like Gatorade etc) you literally use this for before or after work outs. It's a "meal supplement" and the bottle even says so. It's nothing more than "whey protein" (again no false advertisement, they are very clear about what it is) INFUSED into water. To every literal sense. So if you're "used" to whey protein shakes and drinks and you're someone who has experience with pre work out drinks or post work out drinks. This is for you.People trying to use this like an actual "drink" no offense but you're stupid. It's a "protein" drink. Nothing more, nothing less.Good to replace electrolytes after working out etc and to "supplement" meals etc (hence why it HAS all the protein it does in it) when you just don't have the time to sit down and have a full meal.I would not drink this as a "normal" drink. It's just not that. It's not Gatorade, it's not prime it's not an energy drink nor an alternative to any of that BS. In other words look else where for "that" stuff. This is 100% a protein drink. Pre/post work outs and for meal supplements.I only say all of this, to give FAIR WARNING to others who may just have the wrong idea, not know what this is etc. Then you buy it and end up being completely upset at what it is compared to your expectations.Just fair warning. Not a bad product in anyway. Tasty for a "whey protein" infused water drink but at the end of the day it's still "whey protein" and it "shows" (aka you WILL taste "that" taste). So, not for everyone. As I personally know MANY people who can't stand the taste of whey protein shakes/powder etc.

Delicious! Mildly sweet and refreshing
I need to have an electrolyte beverage handy when I exercise, even to take walks. I learned about protein water electrolytes, and needed to give this a try. I'm building my fitness back up after a long term back injury, so having a little protein for energy, electrolytes for hydration, and zero sugar was the perfect fit. Plus this flavor is delicious! Especially chilled. It's like a lightly sweet fruit juice, but very hydrating. I need to watch my blood sugar too so this is perfect. And there is no grittiness or anything from the protein. Totally dissolved. I also like to use it in my blueberry cranberry smoothie. Blueberries, a bit of unsweetened cranberry juice, and the rest Dragonfruit protein water, along with protein powder, flax seed, omega 3 oil, etc. Switching out some of the cranberry juice with protein water helps keep my carb count low. Enjoy!

Better before
I've had these before when I worked primarily outdoors a couple years ago. Now I go to the gym and run outdoors but the taste and texture are different. It is less smooth and more chalky.

Good flavors
This is a great option for anyone struggling to get enough protein in your diet. Because it's just water it's not filling like a shake would be. My daughter uses, I use, and I purchased for my mother to use as well.
