Fantastic, Fan-TASTIC!
Coverage is great, signal is strong in every inch of my home. The "True Mesh" technology works exactly as they claim. I've never had speeds this good, never had coverage this pure and consistent. I'm upgrading from the TP-Link Tri-Band 6E, which I've been using since August 23, have included a few photos for comparison because this Router is elegant and beautiful in comparison.Over the years I've used several mesh systems: Google was great, simple and it just worked, all the time. I once spent a PILE on an Asus Zen system, ironically the worst I've dealt with. The TP-Link was just ok, nothing great about it, just a few problems: First was that whenever there was an update it was always an adventure & would leave me jerking around for an hour or so to fix things afterward (kind of like a Windows update, where you cower in fear until successful reboot haha). The User Interface of the App is great. Easy to navigate and all the info you need. NO, you don't have to pay the monthly fee on this, you'll get everything you need without it. Don't believe those youtubers out there who are claiming otherwise.Bottom Line: Buy this. Install is simple, fast, easy. GUI is beautiful, the router itself is attractive & blends into a room easily. Your coverage will be great....

Easy set up for great wifi!
The setup with the app was amazingly easy. The base unit recognized the modem, and the secondary units without any issues. No repeated typing of IPs and passwords - it was great. The network signal is robust and reliable. The only thing I have noticed is that very occasionally the base unit will go offline, but the status light will not indicate this. The app is helpful here for network debugging. Rebooting the modem solves this.

If you use AI Mesh extenders in your home, it's time for a change to EERO
For over ten years, I have tried different Wi-Fi extenders to fix my wireless woes in my home. I have tried Asus, Netgear and TPlink products, and I've even upgraded my routers several times in an attempt to boost the quality and reliability of my Wi-Fi network. AI Mesh Wi-Fi networks with four extender/WAP devices with ethernet backhauls never worked. Then a month ago I discovered the EERO Wi-Fi network and this solution fixed my issue in my home. My Wi-Fi is ROCK SOLID, now, The setup was unbelievably easy and only took about 10 minutes to setup all three WAPs and the configuration in the app on my Android phone was simple and quick. My only real negatives are that I have to use an Android app for configuration and monitoring of my network instead of using my PC and web browser. I have it setup in bridge mode where my Asus router (self Wi-Fi is turned OFF) is the DHCP server and the EERO devices have two WIFI networks (guest and home) setup and both the strength, speed and quality of my home Wi-Fi has never been better as a result.

Better than expected, pretty effortless setup and operation.
Cons : Did not survive having 80 pounds of exercise equipment. Perhaps I am a little over-optimistic there :)Pro : Setup is why this gets 4 instead of 5 stars. Took 2-3 minutes of fiddling to get the setup to complete. I had to power cycle my cable modem, to get the router to handshake successfully.BIG PRO : The app sits on my iPad and gives options for the hardware - Add, Delete & Replace. I figured there could be a serial number or MAC Address that might need to change, IDK, not my area of expertise. Apart from the modem power cycle, it was seamless, replacing the hardware, leaving my network configuration untouched and my various devices and IoT connections came right back without me having to do anything.

Amazing WIFI mesh system!
Was very easy to connect to my existing system. The signal strength was excellent and easily covered my entire 3300 SQ foot home. I have notices no issues with the reliability of the connection. Very fast signal and amazing downloading speeds!

Gimmicky, Overpriced, and Unreliable – Returning It
I had high hopes for the Eero 7 mesh system, especially with all the glowing reviews and Amazon’s backing, but it has been a massive disappointment.Setup Nightmare: One of the units refused to connect during initial setup, and I had to call tech support just to get it working. That’s not acceptable for a system marketed as “easy to install.”Unreliable Performance: It worked for a few days — then one of the nodes completely stopped providing internet. I’ve restarted everything, verified the source (which works perfectly with my Tenda system), and yet the Eero remains dead weight. It’s not my ISP or wiring — it’s the hardware.Slow Speeds (When It Did Work): Even when it was functioning, the most it delivered was around 80 Mbps. My direct connection to the router gives me about 300 Mbps, and my much older Tenda mesh routinely hits 200 Mbps in the same spots. Eero’s performance is weak by comparison.App Paywall Frustration: The Eero app locks most of the useful diagnostic tools and settings behind a $100/year subscription. Features that should be standard — like basic device stats and band control — are only available if you pay extra. That’s ridiculous after spending this much on the system.Bottom Line: This is a gimmicky, overpriced mesh system with poor performance, reliability issues, and a greedy subscription model. It underperforms even against older, cheaper alternatives. I’m returning it and would not recommend it to anyone. Look elsewhere.

Works well after a small setup issue.
We live in a rural location. Our internet is provided by a 5G hotspot, which acted also as a router. The router function was a bit weak, so we decided to try a mesh router for our 3 story house. I downloaded the eero phone app, and then disabled the hotspot’s wifi antenna. Following the setup instructions from the eero app, I began the setup process. It went pretty well but I found the app telling me the locations of my extenders were out of range. The trick I learned was to not give up but instead skip the adding of the problem device, then when completed, go to “add another” device. The system accepted the same device location it had rejected before with no issues at all. I now have great coverage all over the house and I believe my internet is rock solid even with just a 5G hotspot functioning as my modem.
