Super easy as they are in individual packets. Good value for money for what glutathione does for us! Love the taste and look forward to it every morning!

Have absolutely loved this product
A friend recommended this to me and I’ve been using it for about a month and a half. I’ve got to say I was skeptical, but super impressed with how I’ve felt. It’s really helped clear up my skin, and it definitely keeps you regular. Not sure exactly why, but I feel like it has actually helped curb my appetite as well. I have always been a huge snacker, and I feel like I get fuller faster, and want less snacks/sweets. My husband started using it as well. It’s definitely pricey, but I’m really happy with it.

Gritty , tastes bad poor return policy
My Liposomal Glutathione arrived this morning and immediately tried one. Product was gritty and with a bad taste. Concerned that there is an issue with this product because I love their Liposomal Vitamin C. Product is to be taken on an empty stomach but almost made me gag. Contacted Company for return with my concerns and since the box is open no return/refund Would not recommend this product at all!

Good flavor, easy to use
So far I like this product, the taste is good, it's quick and easy to take and convenient. Haven't noticed a huge change yet, haven't been very consistent. I'm also getting MIC shots from a physicians assistant which contain glutathione too so I'm not sure which one is helping most!
