This is an amazing product. We used it for our outdoor shower and it is perfect. We worked with customer service on getting a replacement part and they were amazing. Both the style and functionality of this shower are great!! I would definitely buy from them again.

BUYER BEWARE: So I wanted to believe the reviews and that it is a good item. It is a good looking item and it does look like an expensive item, but it in fact is a cheap item. My particular issue in the valves that allow water to flow. I can deal with the valve being backwards like other have written, its just a matter of getting used to it. But I have had two valves fail on me now. What happens here is the water cannot be shut off, you go to turn the knob and it just stays on. Its a terrible feeling to be in the shower, in a rush and what is a normal day-to-day thing just doesn't work. I've had this happen when we first installed it, thought it was a fluke so they sent me a whole new replacement part. I've simply took the valve out of that and used it, not 3 months later it happened again. I used the second of the two valves now down to no replacements. I went to a reputable plumbing store and they could not match it. Now I've called Amazon and they have refunded me, but that hardly helps because it will happen again and their suggestion is to replace this with a better unit. As you know this is hard to do because it's a wall mounted unit and there will be tile work involved. They have escalated it and we are awaiting response from the seller Gotonovo and the Manufacturer Junhai Xu - I look forward to their response and support and will update this as they make progress. In the interim NO I do NOT recommend this item.

Just what we were looking for

I bought the Shower Faucet Sets 8 Inch Rain Shower Head 2 Cross Knobs Mixer Shower System with Handheld Shower Spray Brushed Nickel Finish Silverearly June of 2022 for my newly built out-door shower. The installation was fairly smooth thanks to the illustrated instructions. However, it being a shower made for the outdoors, I expected it to come with bib connectors to connect to garden hose. It seems like it is made to connect to copper pipe. A short trip to the hardware store solved that problem.Once it was installed it looked great, functioned even better that I expected, and the height of the rain shower head is adjustable. (Which came in very handy for the tall people in my family)My wife and I loved taking showers under the stars! We loved it so much that we did not take showers indoors from the time I installed it to well into November, until one night it froze hard enough for one of the connections on the mixing valve to crack from the pressure, totally my fault. A few weeks ago I contacted customer service to see about a replacement part. Their response was immediate and friendly. They promptly sent a replacement part for only the cost of shipping.I can hardly wait to re-install that beautiful shower, and to enjoy it every day into the late fall. (or at least until the hard frost)
