Mine was clean, everything fit together. Granddaughter loves it.

If you’re asking if the sink works as in actually has functioning running water and/or drainage it does not have that capability. It is designed simply for “pretend” play.

Would this fit a 21 inch baby doll

My young granddaughter has two Cry Babies dolls that are 12 inches long and a Baby Annabell doll that is 16 inches long. They all fit, but a 21 inch doll would not fit.

Is this easy ensemble and is the good for a 4 year old girl

It's fairly easy, all the instructions were in pictures. Take care cutting out the pieces so that there are no jagged edges. I used a pair of kitchen scissors and a box cutter to even out the places where I had to cut them out from. The height is a little short but 3 year old and 6 year old both enjoy playing with it. My 3 year old is short so she doesn't have to even crouch down but my 6 year old usually plays with it while sitting on her knees. I got it last August and my 3 kids all play with it every day still.
