Excellent for just that little bit of shoulder padding
These are a perfect thickness. They also Velcro to what fabric I am wearing and stay in place. It balances out your shoulders, especially as you get older. 😄

Stiff, foam breaks easily.
Stiff, does not contour well. The foam also breaks. They will not work for me.

Good Shoulder Pads
These Velcro over your bra strap without actually sticking to the strap. They’re a nice thickness and make sweaters, jackets, and tops look more expensive and hang better on the body.
