Samsung hit this one out of the park!
This is by far the best laptop I have used. The display is better than the OLEDs I have used from HP for example. I am coming from an HP Spectre 360 which is no slouch, but I am blown away.

Pretty good
This laptop really has it all - except for one thing. 16GB of RAM, with no option to upgrade, is really such a poor design design decision that it leads me to wonder where else they may have skimped.The keyboard and track pad are just to my liking. The screen is a beauty

Touchscreen issues!!!
Got as a gift for my daughter for Christmas, less than 6 months later and her touchscreen has stopped working, and the device just shows a ⚠️ symbol. She has done all the troubleshooting steps. Very disappointing, and trying to contact Samsung has been zero help.

It started acting weird after an update
I thought I liked it but that’s until I had to update it after a week after I bought it. Some of the apps stopped working with no way of fixing it.
