Needed this book for my Six Sigma Green Belt class in City College. Size is very good, not too big. Enjoying it.

Nicely packed

There are 2 CDs included with the book and of the 2 CDs, one is not readable at all and the other contains 6 non readable files. I have tried on 2 different CD reader and I had the same problem on both of them. A real shame given the added value they are supposed to be, not to mention the price tag including those CDs.
