This product is misleading that internet is free. This is false advertising. You have to purchase a sim and pay x amount of dollars for the service. This is a scam according to online purchases from others who have tested this product. buyer beware. I had to return this product to the seller. I have to pay for the return to the seller on top of the money I spent total 18.99+ tax+ shipping for the product 7.99 then I had to pay for the return. Not counting that I had to wait for a label to come and pay for the shipping back. this is outrageous!! If you are going to invest in one get it though a cell phone carrier. this is the only was to not get scammed. look it up on the net.

The worst product I ever bought from Amazon! It doesn’t even turn on. The seller intentionally provided the wrong or longer delivery date. The product was delivered sooner than the expected delivery date, it doesn’t show it’s delivered in the Amazon app. The amazon app was still saying it will be delivered. After two weeks it says delivered.

Doesn't match ad. Ad states free WiFi via satelllite, but it actually requires a SIM card to connect to cellular network, which isn't free. No satellite connection available.
