Is this suitable for kittens thats just over 3 months old ?

Kittens should be fed specific kitten food until they are 1 year old, as it has everything that a growing kitten needs to remain healthy.

How does this differ from the boxes that say "das good as it looks" on them?

My cats don’t like ‘As Good as it Looks’. They don’t give a reason! They’re just fussy eaters. They do seem to like the jelly content, and don’t like gravy so that might be the answer. Sorry I can’t be more specific.

12 pouches - it does say that on the box. My cat loves it.

With these variety flavour packs, do you mix and match the flavours? I feed her twice a day and usually feed her different meat in each meal.
