Amazing results. At first I tried mixing it with coconut milk but left a bitter taste and clumps. Then tried it just with water. Taste was wonderful and drink had no clumps. So, dissolves perfect in cold water. For about the cost of a burger fries and a soft drink, you get ten servings of quality protein (240 grams). Most single burgers have around 23 grams of protein, double that if its a double or has cheese and bacon. If you don't need all of those calories, this goes lean on your wallet and on your waist making it a good value. The size is perfect if you want to try new flavors, mix flavors, or don't want to lug your 5lb tub to the gym. The container is sturdy enough that you won't have to worry about it opening an spilling all over your workout clothes when you throw it into your bag.

I loved it because it is not super sweet, the sugar content is fantastic, mainly because I am trying to avoid sugar. Good quality and easy to mix with other ingredients.

Really great tasting! Not chalky and mixes very easily.I mix it with coffee, drink it by itself, or make ice cream with it in my creami. Really delicious.

I like this powdered protein because it m7xes well and is not flavored too strongly. I use it in smoothies and I even out a scoop into my morning coffee when I'm in a rush. Delicious.

Delicious. I use it to boost my protein in oatmeal and cereal. It dissolves in milk but I recommend you stir (I use a small electric whisk) it into the liquid first and then add the liquid to cereal.

So sweet can't drink the full serving. I can only add a sprinkle of this as sweetener to other mixes.
