Trying to reduce the number of supplement pills I take, and this is one of the ones I do take on the regular (fish oil for omega 3). I like the fact that it is flavored, because it does make it easier to swallow.Smell isn’t too bad, but you can still tell what it is. Not so bad that it is off putting.Taste is what it says it is. It’s not the same as eating the real thing, but it’s pretty close, albeit a bit adulterated.Amount you get, in terms of size of bottle, could be bigger for what you are paying, but for liquid supplements, you end up getting a bit less for the premium aspect of it. It’s more of a niche for people who prefer it over pills. So, the size is not too bad.Quality seems to be good. Ingredients seem to be good. Didn’t put me off at all. Didn’t have any adverse reactions, so that’s always a good thing.The health benefits of omega 3 and fish oil is well known and has been pushed by society for a long while. One should speak with their health care provider as to whether or not your lifestyle requires supplemental support in this area before taking a supplement of this nature, just like with any supplement.All in all, for me, it was a good choice.

This fish oil is good. The bottle is glass—feels solid, no leaks. The mango flavor hides the fish taste well. Liquid is smooth, no weird. Dropper works fine, no sticking. Label stays on. Simple but effective.

I have been taking fish oil supplements for the past few years. I swear by fish oil, It really works. One of the great benefits of fish oil is that it works to prevent heart disease and strokes. Now this liquid fish oil tastes good. I have tried different liquid fish oil brands. You do get a slight fishy after taste but that's with any liquid fish oil you would try. The mango flavor tastes good and I really love mango. If you are not accustomed to liquid fish oil taste then this might be a little tough for you in the beginning to adjust. You could always mix it in with smoothies. This is a great product and I recommend it for everyone to take advantage of all it's health benefits. I received this product for my honest unbiased review.
