Though I am unsure of the exact ingredients, it definitely has a powdered chicken seasoning along with a milk based cheese packet. I do not believe this is a vegetarian item but as I said, I'm not 100% sure.

What type of noodle is this? I want to get same type of noodles but with a milder flavoring. Too spicy without flavor

Wheat flour noodles. If you want a milder flavor just use less of the accompanying packet. If you've made, it and it's too spicy, just add more water.
