Neuro by Paul Mitchell Grip Handle-Free Hair Dryer, Multiple Heat + Speed Settings, Cool Shot Button

This is the dryer my hair salon prefers, and it's my second one. Mine lasted two+ years, but the salon's have lasted longer (5+y). The no-handle feature took me a week or two to get used to, but I really like it now. The dryer is quick, and it never frizzes or tangled my hair like other dryers have done. I like the multiple heat settings and power settings. Good value for price.

I am a professional hairdresser blow drying hair obviously daily. I was getting terrible tendinitis in my arm and this blow dryer has really helped. It does get pretty hot on the highest setting, but it is lightweight and has worked great if you have shoulder or arm issues, this might help.

I personally just graduated cosmetology school, it was a Paul Mitchell sponsored school, so allllll Paul Mitchell products. A few of my friends had the neuro when I was there, and I’d ask to borrow it to see if it was worth $150-$170 (plus the protection plan). Anytime I’d use one I got more comfortable since I don’t use the handle on the one we were issued anyway:) I absolutely LOVE the diffuser and how it collapses for easier storage, and it makes my clients curlies POP. Temp control is super simple, two switches on top, one for air flow and one for heat, and of course the cool shot. I saw other reviews saying it’s a bit on the heavier side, personally I don’t think it is HOWEVER I’ve not used it on myself as my hair is super short and I’m growing it out. In the box you get a free travel sized bottle of neuro primer, it smells delicious and is perfect for round brushing or curlies:) another helpful tip: use Paul Mitchell products with Paul Mitchell tools! Makes for a much prettier end result that’s frizz free! I hope this helps anyone who’s on the fence!

I expected miracles. I have mobility issues so the ergonomics attracted me to this product. For the money, the power is not great. This is as good as a $30 hair dryer.

I've been looking for a handle less blow dryer and got this. It's lightweight and blowdries nice and quick! It doesn't take as long to close the cuticle of the hair which is nice. It does run much hotter then most dryers so there is a small learning curve with them.

The media could not be loaded. This is definitely a product I would recommend. I have been a hairstylist for 13 years and this is one of my favorite blowdryers! It’s lightweight and once you get used to holding it, it’s very easy to use.

The heat output is great but I really wish this came with a comb attachment. However with how intense the heat can be I can see why a cold attachment wasn’t included. I mostly use it as a diffuser. It adds a lot of volume to curly styles.
