Best Luggage Ever Owned-Very Durable

Total waste of money
This bag is the worst purchase I’ve made in a long time. It’s a total peice of junk. On the first trip the zipper pulls cracked off. After a couple of additional trips the inside straps tore off and I wasn’t even using them! Then the rubber literally just ripped off and now the zipper came completely off the track and the bag is unusable. I’ve only had it for two years. I’ve heard their customer support is horrible and they don’t honor their warranty. There are so many things wrong with it I’m not sure it’s worth the fight. Save your money and look elsewhere!

Detailing is different than in the advertised image
Item arrived well packaged and, coming to the office, I received a lot of feedback on how 'beautiful' the suitcase is. It's large and has fairly good storage options.My qualm with the case, and what leads me to question if it's an authentic Bric's or a knock-off, is that it does not have the 'rich' detailing as shown in the image. Whereas on the sit the bag is shown as having that rich brown detailing in the wheel casings, the roller handle, and bumpers, mine came with generic black in all of these locations giving it a much less luxe appearance. It's still a nice bag - and time will tell if it holds up- but it's not 'as' nice as the image and certainly not the same look that I ordered.Amazon customer service was great though, so I'll definitely keep it and update if I find there are any more unforeseen surprises!
