You are correct. I'm not sure why they named this Carnivore, when the labels claim only Paleo & Keto. It's definitely not Carnivore Diet complient.

Hello thanks for your question - yes of course, we use the same powdered organ blend that is in our O.G. Blend Beef Organ Capsules that has an equal blend of Liver, Kidney, Heart, Spleen, Pancreas.

That happened to me also. I kept getting the opposite flavor. Somehow the stick-on labels were mixed up. Hopefully, it's been corrected.
