I received 2 rolls each roll is 10 yards. Hope this helps.

Q: Is this tape Latex free?

The package states "latex free materials".

Q: Is this tape smooth on top or a waffle weave

It feels like little tiny bumps, so I guess it is waffle weave. Very nice. I will buy it again when I start running short.

Q: Can it be used as mouth taping?

Do not use this for mouth taping. This is too strong. I just spent 3 mins slowly wetting and peeling it off this morning. My lips are still sticking together from the residue.
