I’ve used products from Nordic Naturals before, so I already had a good impression of the brand before even trying this one.., They really are known for being consistent with quality and keeping things clean, and this supplement falls right in line with that...The softgels are definitely on the larger side, which is pretty normal for omegas (some are really large, these are up there in size), but they go down just fine and I haven’t noticed any aftertaste or upset stomach. I also appreciate that there’s no weird smell in the bottle, which you sometimes get even with non-fish options.I’m pretty tolerant when it comes to those so-called "difficult-to-take" supplements, smelly ones, odd textures, or anything a little off. I’m probably not the best person to judge them for picky users. Some people seem to expect their supplements to taste like candy or they’re not satisfied. That seems very common with the younger generation... Personally, I prefer clean formulas with as few chemicals or added flavors as possible, and I’m fine putting up with a weird aftertaste, fishy burps, or a bottle that smells a little funky. It’s a supplement, not a dessert. Now, go explain that to some people.... 😉The combo of omega-3s, D3, and K2 in one supplement makes things a more convenient, and it’s nice that the source is algae instead of fish. K2 helps a lot with absorption of D3, and a lot of research shows this really helps your intake so your body and bones get more of it and use the calcium better. That’s important to me, and it’s not always easy to find a fully plant-based formula that doesn’t cut corners.It’s not cheap, but I do feel like you’re paying for a cleaner product from a company that’s been around and actually stands behind what they make. I have used Nordic quite a bit, many of their supplements over the years. I’ve only been using this one a short time, but so far, everything’s been smooth. No complaints.

I did not have any difficulty swallowing it and it is comparable to my similar supplements.Dietary supplements, vitamin D can react with other medicines or supplements you might be taking. Preexisting medical conditions can be impacted. There may be side effects, especially if you over supplement. Be safe and check with your doctor before taking any OTC medication or supplement.

I like it . But waiting for changes

This is a highly trusted brand in my family. I always know that anything from Nordic Naturals is going to be good stuff. The only caveat is the higher pricing, but you know that it's plant based, third party tested, and does what it says it will. The softgels are large, but go down easy. I suffer no ill side effects like upset stomach, and there is no strange taste to it. I feel good taking them, and it incorporates easily into our supplement routine. Highly recommended.

Finding a good vegan D3 supplement has not always been easy for me, as I am pretty particular about what I will take. So, seeing Nordic Naturals- a company that I trust- come out with a really amazing D3 K2 supplement that is derived from fully plant-based sources was very exciting. The fact that it also supplies a great dose of some of the harder to get omega 3, EPA and DHA was just the icing on the cake. I also appreciate the lengths that this company goes to in order to ensure purity and transparency of ingredients. This is so valuable.The (also vegan) capsules are in a gel cap form and are a bit on the large size. They go down easily however, as the gel capsules are more slippery than the usual vegetable cellulose ones. There is no scent or flavor that I can detect, nor any funny aftertaste. I have not experienced any tummy upset taking these, even in the morning on an empty stomach.After a few weeks of use, I have experienced softer and more hydrated looking skin and hair. My use of lotions and hair oils has diminished to a noticeable degree. The hair and skin are often indicators of what is going on inside of the body, so I take this as a great sign.

Great way to get your Omega 3, Vitamin K2, and Vitamin D3. Nordic Naturals makes sure the ingredients are well described and presented on the front and back labels. These look like classic fish oil supplements and the gel caps are pretty good size, so I take one in the morning with breakfast and one in the evening with dinner. There was no leakage or fishy smell from the bottle - some fish oil gel caps leak in the bottle which can be very unpleasant. I will be reordering more of these!
