Very effective. I have tried other brands before and they did not do the job. This held up through sun and rain, and did indeed keep the birds away.

This worked perfect tied around my car windows and side mirrors on the 1st day then removed and placed loose strands on a bush by the driveway and the birds stayed away no more droppings on my car, thank-goodness.

I bought this tape to deter birds from building nests under my deck and so far they work well. I simply cut these into strips and screw them in around the deck. One issue I noticed is they can be a bit loud when the wind picks up. I'm good with this, but others in my house are making sarcastic remarks about the occasional noise. So far respectfully ignoring them seems to work for now. These work for what I bought them for, but time and lovable family sarcasm will tell if I keep these up long term.

This tape was easy to use, but was not effective against swallows at all. They continues to fly onto our porch and into our garage directly under the tape. Also they landed on a porch light with a tape on it. Not recommended for swallows at least. Maybe it works on other birds.

I can't say I was mislead by the product listing. If I had read it carefully, I would have seen, "Please note: This is NOT an Adhesive tape. It is designed to fly freely in the breeze." But when I unrolled it I wondered if I had received a roll for which there had been a manufacturing error. It will serve as a nice ribbon for wrapping presents.

This is a repeat purchase. I use these to keep birds away from my blueberry bushes during fruiting. I cut it in strips and tie them to a string. the string is ties to trees on either side of the blueberry bush. Birds do indeed avoid the area, so I give it a thumbs up. Previously I have used bird nets which do work, but they are not a humane solution since the birds become trapped.

This Bird Scare tape is amazing! Works like a charm. It’s easy to use and VERY EFFECTIVE!
