It even reminds me to stand up if I’ve been sitting too long!Battery life is great, I charge it every 4–5 days with moderate use. I like to start with the dislikes, in case that is a make it or break it for you. My one dislike is actually something there is a work around for. Though it's be easier on the watch alone. I use the watch to help remind me to do things. There is an Alexa sync up, but when in a meeting, I can't talk to my watch. I like to set alarms throughout the day for when I need to do things, and PM us not an alarm option on the watch. It is an option on the phone app though. So my work around was too create some repeating "PM" alarm times via the watch, and then I update the times and turn the alarms on when needed. A one time work around because now they stay on my watch. And bonus from my last watch (that my husband took because he liked it) is that alarms can be vibrate only . B they don't have to make sound. Also necessary in the work setting.I like the customizable screen settings, it does well monitoring sleep and heart rate and stress. And has customizable exercise options so I don't have to scroll through all the options everytime I'm looking for the for I actually use.And good interface with the phone.The battery life is also good. My first recharge wasn't needed until after a week of using the phone. I like that.
