Who do I contact about this puzzle? I have a piece missing. I don’t understand how that happens?

I would like to know too! I bought the Astrology puzzle for my grandkids and it was missing 1 piece. I didnt want to take the whole thing apart to return and take a chance another one would be incomplete too. There are so many reviews about missing pieces and I think its unacceptable they continue selling all these puzzles! I would like either a refund or send me another puzzle so we can hopefully have that last piece!

Why does the puzzle have a lobster for cancer on the puzzle but the poster says crab?
