Satisfies my OCD
This is so great for staying organized! I was previously using the smaller version with 1 patient per page because it allowed so much room to write everything I would need to complete my clinical paperwork for school. That version is great as a nursing student, but I am transitioning from SN to RN, which means I won’t have time to flip through so many pages when my patient load triples. Having 3 patients/page saves so much time. My clinical instructor who also works as a med surg nurse was also obsessed with this notebook when she saw it on my WOW. She made me show it off to the whole class. I like my notes to look NEAT so I can easily stay on track and find what I need. This does the trick!!

Very helpful when giving report to next shift.
This notebook makes it easy to keep up with what's going on with my patients. It's also great to have the necessary information to give report to the oncoming shift.

Not much space to write.
Not bad to jot quick information. Not much space. Might have been just me but I was having issues just tearing it off. Ended up making my own format on a word document.

Love these brainsheets....
I love this brainsheet notebook! I write pretty small so this is perfect for me. I love that it has 3 pt per sheet, 450 total, which is perfect for my CV IMCU patient info. Will definitely purchase again.

Valuable resource.
Never be a paperless nurse. I believe it is important for nurses to diary, these pages make that so much easier than free text. These sheets have most everything I need for ICU care.
