Well packaged and arrived on time and as advertised. Holds charge, no quality issues thus far. Note: Better quality than expected for replacement battery pack. No gaps in the case, overheating, tight fit with zero issues. Do follow the initial setup directions, it does, in fact, make a difference in the life and performance of the battery.

It does the job. It fits my Acer Aspire One. Like every aftermarket battery I've been through with this laptop it's a little bigger and makes the computer sit a little taller. Despite being a bigger battery than the original, it doesn't perform better. The original was rated at about four hours, but only ran for three. This usually lasts for about two. The original died after four years. This one lasted only one and a half years. Aftermarket batteries for this computer (I've been through a few) typically last about two years, for me, which makes the longevity on this one a little less than average but not my worst purchase.How do you know if your battery has reached the end of its life? I'm amazed at how many different ways my computer behaves when a battery goes bad. It's been a little different each time:-Computer produces a notification telling me it's bad-Computer repeatedly beeps as though it were being plugged and unplugged.-Battery indicator light flashes, orange.-Computer drops dead at what was supposedly 50% charge.Yeah, I've been through a few batteries for this computer. So, this one has performed near average for aftermarket batteries, which is not quite as good as the original battery, despite looking like it should be twice as good.

For this laptop, which never leaves my desk, I always have the AC adapter plugged in AND it connected to an UPS. The W10 Taskbar show a "battery status" icon with battery charging status, (percentage). I never paid much attention to this icon until one day I noticed that it read "31%". Since the AC adapter was plugged in, it should have read "100%".So, I ordered this replacement battery. While waiting for delivery, I noticed that the battery status continued to decrease. Changing the battery, at least in this ACER, is truly an ultra simple, 5 minute job. It fit perfectly. Quality looked very good. At powerup, the battery status showed nearly 100% (the battery was already almost fully charged). A message said "1 minute until full charge".I love anything that is lithium battery powered. They seem to last longer than NICADs and don't lose their charge if not used.

Only thing I have found is that even when laptop is plugged in with power cord the battery still does heat up, seems to work ok when not plugged in.Just be aware of & keep tract of the battery temp when in use - especially if you do have it sitting on your lap.

Battery was priced right, with a longer warranty than others I had seen for my laptop (18 months vs 12).At first the battery did not seem to hold a charge very long at all, in fact I was ready to send back asa defective. However (after carefully reading the company's page on Amazon) I cycled the battery down to 5 to 10% and then charged up three times. Since that the battery holds a charge for about an hour and a half, maybe longer depending on how much and what programs you are running. As I have only had the battery a week at this point, we will have to see how the battery life is after a few weeks. So far so good.
