Great Product, Poor Handling

This is a very cute doll, clearly made with love, and it is hands down an excellent collectable item. However, HANDLING of this product either by PlayMates or Amazon is unacceptable. The box of my pre-order was clearly torn before shipping, which could significantly reduce the doll's value later. Thank goodness it was on the backside of the product and not the front.
