Robust and stay crispy for a long time
Ordered two packets. No breakages. Robust tart cases. Perfect for a one-bite mouthful. Firmer, less crumbly, compared to traditional pastry, so filling needs a bit more flavour to counter this. I filled these with mushroom duxelles/chopped sundried tomatoes (with any excess fluid drained). Tested every 2 hrs for retained pastry crispiness. Only after 7+ hrs did the texture really start to soften. Will last 2-3 hrs with ease as long as filling is quite firm. Hope this helps anyone making up the tarts in advance.

We haven't used these cases yet as they are for xmas. We have purchased these in the past and they are excellent value, and taste great.
