It is a good product for energy, mood and memory. Pregnenolone is mother of all hormones, it converts to DHEA and into testosterone. This is relatively a safe dose that works for my wife. However, I do recommend first speaking to your doctor because it may convert to estrogen in men (which is a female hormone) but for women it is not a problem. It worked well for my wife.

This is the brand I went with but I started out with the smaller 10 milligram tablets because some people can be "sensitive" to taking it. So if you want to try this, start small. Dr. Sahelian suggests 20 milligrams if you want to make certain experiences (like walking in the park or going to a movie) more vivid and memorable. If you are a man in your senior or middle age years be aware that certain hormone precursors convert to various other hormones and older men often may end up producing bad estrogens along with testosterone. Which could lead to an enlarged prostate if taking this in larger amounts for a period of time. That is why I have only been able to try this by also taking a supplement called DIM. This company makes some very good products! This one however gave me severe stomach pains and headaches. I took it for 3 weeks and stopped. Headache and stomach pain gone within 2 days. Just my suggestion as you might want to check with your doctor before taking. God Bless

I have been taking this supplement for over 15 years. People say I look like I’m in my 40’s and I’m over 60. Healthy diet, exercise, pure water, and fresh air also helps keep the stress levels down from overworking too. Do not suddenly stop taking this, you must do so gradually by decreasing the dose. Educate yourself on this. I’ve never experienced any side effects. This company makes excellent products, great quality control.
