この商品を数日使ってみて、普段の雑談や職場のミーティングで話しかけるときの気持ちがかなり軽くなりました。あれこれテクニックが盛り込まれているので、自分が苦手だった初対面の場面でもスムーズに話題を振れるようになった気がします。特に、人との距離感を詰めるちょっとした言い回しが面白く、フレンドリーな空気を作るコツを具体的に知ることができました。実際の場面をイメージしやすい説明があって、読んだそばからすぐに試せるのは大きなメリットだと思います。一方で、テクニックが非常に豊富だからこそ、一度に全部吸収しようとすると少し混乱するかもしれません。自分なりに要点をまとめて、必要な部分だけを反復して練習するやり方がいいと感じました。初対面の会話に慣れたい方や、職場でのスモールトークをもっと上手にしたい方におすすめします。軽めの気持ちで取り入れられるヒントがそろっているので、幅広いシーンで役立つと感じました。少しずつ試すうちに、会話の幅が自然に広がるのを実感できます。

It's a nice book, well written, with lots of interesting advice. You might not find everything very practical to your particular life style but there's some useful tips for everyone to improve their communication skills. I particularly like how the book is very to the point, without too much fodder to fill up pages. It had the right balance of advice, examples, some stories to illustrate the point, and a quick summary/review at the end of each chapter. Definitely recommend for people interested in learning new ways of improving their communication skills.

Bought this because I like the orange cover. What was sent to me was the yellow version. Anyhow, I hope it's a good read.

まあまあ面白かったです。近年は、コミュニケーション能力を問われる時代ですから、就活生なんかは必読書かもしれませんね。
