The book is beautiful and very well researched. I was amazed at the quality and photography of the history of each country. I plan to give this book as a gift and decided to buy one for myself. Recently I started to set up a coffee bar In my kitchen, this is a wonderful reference book to go back and look up things you want to learn about different types of coffee you want to learn about or try something new.

An excellent resource for the coffee lover. A gorgeous coffee table book that describes the many different growing regions, the impact of crop on the economy, and the typical flavor profiles that can be expected from the region. If you are curious what flavor profiles coffees from any coffee producing country may have this is an excellent resource.

Highly recommend to the curious coffee minded readers. Written in an older style, it goves you a better understanding of the whole ecosystem that brings you, your cup in the cup

Great reference for anyone seriously interested in understanding origins, brew methods, a bit of history, and general topics pertaining to coffee.If you can't or don't want to spring for the hard copy, get the less expensive kindle edition. It's fun to read about the coffees you are presently drinking: where they came from, who grew them, what cultivars they likely are, and so on. It's like traveling the world with your morning cup. Nice to feel part of a community that is attempting to care about producers as well as roasters and baristi.Recommended.Cheers, netizen

I bought this for my husband who is now a coffee fanatic...anyway...the book is simply loaded with unique and interesting history of coffee and the photos are lovely...the whole look of the book...perfect!
