The STM32 Nucleo board offers an affordable and flexible way to allow users to experiment with new concepts and build prototypes with STM32 microcontrollers, and choose from a variety of combinations of performance, power consumption, and function. Compatible boards drastically reduce power consumption in run mode.

The Arduino Uno V3 connection support and ST Morpho header easily expand the functionality of the STM32 Nucleo Open Development Platform and offers special shields.

The STM32 Nucleo board integrates ST-LINK/V2-1 debuggers and programmers, eliminating the need for a separate probe.

The STM32 Nucleo board comes with STM32's comprehensive software HAL library and examples of software packaged and directly access to Arm Mbed online resources at http://mbed.org.
