I've been taking these vitamins for about 4 months now and they really seem to work for me. As a powerlifter, I find they help get me through my workouts. It's a lot of pills and a few of them are quite large, but I've never had an issue swallowing them. I find them well worth the price.The only issue I have, as have some others, is the condition of the package when it's delivered. Fortunately, none of the pills have been damaged.
