Such good gluten free pasta!!!!

This is absolutely my favorite pasta brand that is GF (partner is Celiac) and doesn't contain corn flour (I have a mild allergy) -- not that there are that many to choose from that meet both criteria. But it is a darn sight better IMO than lentil/pea based pastas. We order this in bulk to always have on hand. It doesn't disintegrate as some GF ones do and is easy to cook to a proper doneness. It also holds up pretty well in leftovers.

I used to buy the previous Bionaturae pasta made of rice, soy, and potato, which I loved, and was at first sorry to learn they had changed the ingredients since I liked the original so much. However, now that I’ve tried this rice and lentil pasta, I have to say that I like it just as much if not even better. To me the taste is the same quality, and it seems to hold up better and not go to pieces as easily. I’m actually needing to avoid soy now, so I am really glad that this new formulation both tastes really good and is soy free. Compared to other brands of gluten free pasta, I’ve found that Bionaturae pasta, both the original and now this new recipe, are far superior to other brands and have the taste and texture of regular pasta. I will be a customer for a long time to come.

If you’re struggling to find a gluten free pasta that tastes like regular pasta, look no more! This is the best! It’s not grainy and doesn’t fall apart when you cook it. Love it!

I bought this on recommendation from a friend. Great texture and flavor. Will definitely try other pasta types from this brand.

Beware the pasta advertised is not the pasta you will receive. Perhaps any gluten-free pasta is fine with you; in that case, order away and you will probably by happy with what you receive.However, if you are expecting the "Bionaturae Fusilli Gluten-Free Pasta | Rice and Lentil Fusilli Pasta" that is not what you will receive! Notice the ingredients in my attached photo. It's not the "rice and lentil" version of their GF pasta.Maybe this is an honest mixup, or maybe they want to sell out their old inventory and figure customers are indifferent. But if you are not indifferent, then don't buy this pasta.

This is the best, best, best gluten free pasta I have found, and I've tried many. Pleased everybody, whether they eat gluten or not.

We've tried all the brands of gf pasta we could find on the shelves locally. Everyone loves Tinkyada, but I couldn't stand the texture, the taste or the fact they do get mushy, I couldn't wait to find something closer to "real" noodles. Then came the discovery of Bionaturae.They cook just like real noodles! And ....they don't get mushy. They reheat just as if they were freshly cooked. The texture is perfect and that taste is excellent. Some noodles have such a after bite, but not this brand of noodles.I am feeding my family of 4 with these noodles. The 2 most important critics are my kids (3 and 7). Once we finally tried these, the kids kept asking for more. They too love this stuff and they are tough critics to please!
