I have restless legs in bed or even while sitting and sometimes in my arms too. I tried everything in the stores but they were useless and over priced or full of ingredients I felt unsafe using. Hylands is a miracle. It's speedy too I felt relief in less then 10 minutes. I can finally sleep normal again.. Very easy to use, has no taste and all natural ingredients which I look for and good quality. I carry a bottle in my purse and have one by the bed. I even recommended these to my doctor for her restless legs and she said it's the best advice she ever got from a patient lol!!

These are a nice, natural relief for that annoying crawling feeling. On the back of the box, in very small print it says, "This product is not intended to treat restless leg syndrome ". I thought that was the reason why I bought it. It does help with the symptoms when my legs start to act up tho.

I have trouble with restless legs at night. This product works excellent for me. I use 2 or 3 at night before I go to bed. I cannot turn my thoughts off at night . This helps me sleep better as well. It works through the night.

I really wished this helped me more. Since early childhood this issue has made life harder whenever I have to sit too long and also hits an hour or so after I fall asleep.I would still recommend giving it a try. The tabs dissolve easily, and don't have any after-taste or bad taste. Try it. I hope you have more success than I did. I will finish the two bottles I bought because hope springs eternal!

This seems to help a little,I have a bad case though,but it did settle my legs down!
