You don't need to take it everyday. Only take it after intense workout or when you are sore. It will help in healing and reparing your muscles. You can take it with protein powder + creatine and mixing it. Taking the glutamine alone can taste bit bland and after taste would be even bitter. Mix it with something while drinking.

Mixes well in water. You can add it into your beverage of choice (juice/sherbet). Has a mild taste but almost unnoticeable. No fragrance. It comes with a measuring scoop inside the container. It seems slightly overpriced though.

Used it for 2 months only 5 gms a day. certainly helped accelerate the healing in my psoriasis whenever it cracked the skin, it got healed within hours, but had to keep away the allergens to prevent flareups. Gained some muscle as well over time and helped in reducing some weight too ( Or my healthy diet was responsible cant say which worked more) but healing was definitely more cuz now i am taking all good foods minus this and my healing is normal not as supernatural as used to be while using this. Will recommend this if you want to heal your leaky gut in autoimmune diseases and further to increase your glutathione levels and help recover from from any bodily damage.
