Great to supplement potassium
Bought it to make keto-ade. It is extremely useful to balance electrolytes and in the right amount works like magic on water retention or muscle cramps due to loss of electrolytes. Price is on the higher side but options are limited in India and it works effectively.

Cheaper than potassium chloride pills one would get in india and way better than the sugar free potassium chloride syrups with a sorbitol base (alcohol sugar).
