TYNOR Ankle Brace, Black, Medium, 1 Unit

I bought this product because I had a really bad ankle sprain in a badminton match. It's a great product which allows you to adjust the brace as per your need and completely freeze the joint in one position. After using this brace, I was able to walk around and do my chores. Great help. And it's so durable that I still have it after 2 years.Before this, I had used 1 brace from Decathlon, which was more expensive than this and did not provide any support to the joint.

I was suffering with sprained ankle since 3 weeks. Tried all sorts of ankle supports but in vain. My pain continued. But after trying this ,in 24 hrs my pain has decreased . Technically well made product

This is an excellent product. I ordered Large and It is pretty easy to get in and out off.What this Ankle brace does is that it immobilizes the side ward movement of an Ankle hence ensuring that the Ankle has no free room for movement and Hence can reduce chances of a re-injury. The two hard plates on each side really helps to keep your ankle stable.Pros :1. Easy to get in and out off.2. Various levels of tight and loose fit and can be adjusted easily.3. looks good.4. Stable product.5. Excellent Quality.6. Limits the sideways movement of the Ankle and ensures that an injury is not messed up further.Cons.1. Leaves a mark on your skin,2. Could cut circulation if tied on too tight3. The most important con is that if your injury is relatively new, this brace or any brace for that matter could cause swelling if worn for a longer period of time.

Good quality and good confort but price is quite high.

Pros- metal based sturdy support- still soft; doesn't hurt- not costly (I had purchased fashionex which was useless. This is just 150 more, but better than what I had got from USA)Cons- the strings have started to get loose after 2 months of daily usage. It's still usable, but maybe I'll have to get another one in next few months

Not able to use as it's not covering the leg as intended

I wanted somethinga) strong n stiff enough to stop my ankle twistingb) flexible enough to allow me to play badmintonI know that sounds mutually exclusive but these Tynor ankle braces somehow manage to walk the thin lineOf course there are braces lighter n better suited for sports but they cost orders of magnitude higher! Tynor has achieved nothing short of miraculous hereIn case you were wondering, these braces fit comfortably in shoes though you might need slightly wide shoes n bigger shoe laces :PFinally, as for comfort, these braces are very comfortable material n d lace plus velcro mechanism is easy n fast. After a few practice sessions at home, I was comfortable enough to use these in my badminton sessions and these did not cramp up on me or anything

Got myself a large, and should have probably got a medium - but here is the thing - if you are a borderline size, then I think a size bigger will do because the laces permit it to be adjusted. It limits the range of motion, which is excellent for a soft tissue injury, but the weight will still fall right on the sole of your foot. This is not thickly padded at the bottom, only on the sides. Excellent, strong velcro, good medium level support. Note: NOT to replace braces for more serious injuries. Cannot say as to whether it withstands exercise, as I have broken my other leg, and still cannot walk for long periods of time.
