Casa Rinaldi Tiramisu Lady Fingers Biscuits (200g)

These are extremely good quality fingers makes perfect tiramisu

At first I was a bit apprehensive about using it but it turned out to be the best choice I made for my triffle!!

Although slightly pricey, I have bought this product mutiple times to use in a tiramisu. Even though it's imported, the biscuits are well preserved and mostly intact. Tasty too.

The label that shows expiry date was removed.

These were okay. They tasted a bit off to me although it wasn’t noticeable once they were set in the tiramisu. I didn’t feel the sugar coating is so generous that you have to reduce the sugar content in the recipe.Make sure that you dip them in a flash – any more and they are going to drink up a lot of liquid which would make the biscuit too watery/ coffee would come oozing out if you have leftovers. I prefer making the coffee extremely concentrated, laying the biscuits and then brushing them with the coffee – it works better that way for me as I prefer to keep the sogginess as minimal as possible.

Perfect for tiramisu. Cost effective and so nice.

Acceptance of order and delivery were on time but the expiry is too close (15 Oct. 2019)
