Very good product

It is a very sturdy foam roller. It’s made up of a little hard material so depends on what type of body structure you have. If you have less fat then it might hurt you on the bones while rolling. Thin people might need to go for a softer material. Overall I love it. Go for it.

I ordered 36 inch foam roller and same was delivered. It was well packed. Roller itself is exactly 36 inch and is quite sturdy.

Overall not happy with the product. Only delivery is prompt as promised and packed well. Picture of product not as real.

This is exactly what I had been looking for. 36 inches are the best for the correction of the posture (round shoulder) and also pelvic adjustment! The exercise is easy and I feel good just after lying down on it! Thank you!

One side outer rubber patching is there along the length of roller making it a deformed cylindrical shape. So if you try roll on it will give an edgy feeling at one point and it won't go beyond this point due to this patchy work. So a big no recommendation for this product. Don't go by its cheap price . Believe me it's an equally cheap product. Don't buy online any foam rollers from Amazon , it should be bought physically from any shop so that you can check for any deformities in foam rollers cylindrical shape for proper exercise as it happened in my case.Edit: ordered replacement and the new one too has the same problem.

It is not high density , soft and compressible , not very ideal

I like it as it is very useful for good sleep
