MagSafe?
I’ve enjoyed using my small Steelie magnetic dash mount for a few yrs. & no problems. When I get a new phone & case with MagSafe , will that interfere with my old Steelie magnet? TIA

Love Nite Ize products!
This is my third Nite Ize cell phone mount. I have two window mounts, one for a phone and another for a CarPlay screen. I got this one to hold my phone in my car because my old mount didn’t work anymore.Installation was easy! I cleaned the spot with the included alcohol wipe, peeled the 3M sticker, and attached it to the dash. I was worried because the place I put it isn’t completely flat. That’s no issue for the Nite Ize. It attached easily and has been secure ever since. It’s convenient and any phone with MagSafe can use it in my car. My phone moves easily in any direction and it no longer blocks my car screen since it is not near the dash. As with all of my Nite Ize mounts, the magnet strength is strong! I even attached a charger on it so that I can charge while driving. I definitely recommend this dash mount!

The most convenient Phone mount in existance
lifted 2012 GMC sierra 3500HD Denali - mounted on top center of dash.Owning a lifted truck you get used to bouncing all over the place and having a less than smooth ride. Never once has my phone came off the magnetic mount nor has the 3M tape ever failed. This is one of the few products that i didnt realize how much i needed it until i finally broke down and bought one. Theyre simple but yet worth every penny. I would say be very confident where you want this thing because when you place that 3m tape its not gonna move without significant force or chemicals to loosen the adhesive. Mounting the phone is such a reflex now. as sonn as i sit down I just basically almost toss my phone to the mount and it sticks to the mount. to take off you basically just twist your phone and it pops right off. the actual phone mount is very unintrusive and doesnt get hung up in my pocket. I honestly forget its even attached to my phone sometimes. The magnets are very strong so be careful not to get micro magnets stuck to it from dropping your phone in the dirt. Extra benefit is you can now stick your phone to any magnetic/metal surface which has come in handy for taking photos and using my phones flashlight. stop thinking about it and ditch your old phone mount.

As always high quality products.
Nite consistently delivers superior-quality products. My husband uses their phone mount daily during his trucking work; the strong magnets securely attach to the dashboard or steering wheel. This company has never failed to meet our expectations.

Small but strong
If you want a good all position phone holder that's not bulky and looks gaudy in your vehicle than this is it, good product.

This thing is nearly perfect! (**UPDATE -- But careful with your credit cards!)
This thing ROCKS. I'm a Realtor and mom of 2 kids, so I spend tons of time driving in town and following GPS on my iPhone. It's difficult to drive safely and see the map, especially when I have clients in the car who expect me to appear to know where I'm going! I like to get a visual of where to turn even with the voice directions on, especially in town where turns are close together. A colleague of mine had a Steelie in her car and I decided to try one. I hadn't seen anything that looked like it would have a strong enough hold and could be adjusted easily so the screen is always in view. I was hesitant to stick the magnet on the back of my phone case, but it's right in the center and it's actually comfortable to put my finger there when I'm talking or texting. It's also cool because I can stick the phone to my fridge or vent fan in the kitchen when I'm cooking or cleaning, stick it to the side of the washer when I'm doing laundry, etc. It keeps it out of the way so it doesn't get misplaced or get dirty/wet.I was also concerned about attaching something to the dash in my car. It's a 2015 Altima so there's not a big, flat dash space within easy reach, and I am short, so not much reach! I placed it above one of the middle air vents. I can reach it without stretching too much, I can see it without looking down or becoming distracted, and my charger cord reaches easily. The only downer is that the bottom of my iPhone (5) hangs over the vent a little bit, but it isn't a big deal. When I have the AC cranked up high I just turn the phone so it's in a "landscape" (?) position and I can still see everything fine and enjoy the AC. When the phone isn't attached to it, the Steelie ball doesn't stand out at all. It looks like it's supposed to be there, if you notice it at all. I love it. Well worth the twenty bucks or whatever I paid.UPDATE after a month or two of use-- Be careful about putting your phone into your pocket or purse if you have credit cards in there. I usually carry my debit card in my wallet, but hastily stuck it in my front pocket a few weeks ago, and then stuffed my phone-- and the magnet-- into my pocket as well. My debit card's magnetic strip was erased. I don't know yet but I may have done the same thing to two different restaurant gift cards that were in the console of my car. Guess I'll see when I send the gift cards to pay the check! I am still very happy with this item, but I am more thoughtful about keeping it away from my cards. It would be useful if there was something I could place over the magnet to block it when it's not in use, but I guess I just have to remember it.
