Love agaricus for immune support. I use it whenever I feel a cold or flu coming on, and it definitely seems to minimize the duration and severity of any sickness. There are some clinical studies out there regarding agaricus blazei, so if your interested, do some research. I haven't dug too deep, but it does seem to have some small benefits with no negative side effects.

No effect felt and I see much cheaper options. I've tried other mushroom supplements and this one doesn't seem special or unique.

Can see a difference in digestion… more expensive than other similar mushroom products but the process is more advanced
