Q: Fragrance is not listed in the ingredients on Amazon description, however, it’s on the product…what is the *next to fragrance mean?

The ingredients with the * after them make up the fragrance(parfum).

They do disclose their fragrance I think.on their website (or email them). I believe the label change was due to Canadian label law changing but it is safe. I've checked with the crunchiest and most cautious label readers about this.

Q: Is the unscented soft enough that it glides on easily, or is it more hard, or do you need to moisten it with a bit of water, or?

I found it to be hard and lumpy. Did not mix well with water.

Q: Is there supposed to be a seal or wrapping? My product had nothing and opened straight to the deodorant! Thinking of returning. Thank you!

None of the products come with a seal all products are shipped with out seal as you may notice the deodorant is flat an untouched let me know if you have any other questions
