10 years going strong!!!
Purchased Feb 15 2015!!! It's August 2025 & still going strong! I got this originally to make homemade mayo back then (in attempts to avoid seed oil & HFCS) & still do this today!! This is the best processor for that process because the pusher piece has 2 tiny holes in it, so after you blend your eggs & vinegar (& spices) you leave it running & pour your measured oil in there & it slowly streams it in... ZERO messing up or getting the oil too fast like I've done with my blender or immersion blender. Hands down the best way to make mayo.... also the disc is incredible for grating cheese (because who wants wood pulp & antibiotics in their cheese) as well as veggies like carrots for slaw or baked goods & cucumbers for tzatziki sauce. Turn the disc to the other side to do slicing, I'll use this for cabbage for slaw. The little side sweeping turn thing is super useful so you never have to open to scrape the sides down while processing. Such a great processor!!I'm in shock mine still runs, but if it dies I will immediately buy the same one again.PS: Homemade mayo... recipe is 1:1:1.... 1 egg (yes, white & yolk both) to 1 tbsp white vinegar to 1 cup oil (I use extra light tasting olive oil or usually Avocado oil as I hate the store-bought avocado oil mayos, yuck, I love Helmans but can't with those ingredients) & add whatever seasonings, sometimes I add a tsp of yellow mustard, onion powder & use this as a base for everything; special sauce, yum-yum sauce, tarter sauce, chicken sauce, thousand island, ranch, veggie dips, as a base for parmesan crust on baked salmon... I literally make a batch of mayo every 8-10 days! (I do 2 or 3x recipe).Bottom Line: this processor is a MUST have if you cook from scratch a lot to have healthier ingredients AND like to save money by making things yourself.

out of the box doing everything the ad says it does
I had the Hamilton Beach (70450) for 5 years until I destroyed it with some frozen cream making ice cream.I'm happy enough to have one come out of the box doing everything the ad says it does without any issues. I'll defer to others who've had theirs longer concerning durability.I will mention that the suction cup feet would be an excellent idea if you were going to leave it in one spot. But in a small apartment, if it has to be kept in one spot for storage and another for use, the suction cup feet are going to be overused and as one of the cups came with a small cut, I anticipate trouble.

Great Processor
Purchased as a gift for my boyfriend who kept going on and on about how much he wanted a processor. I did research to make sure I was getting a decent on that would last a while. He loved it and we are pretty excited to use it!

Lacks a low gear
This lacks a low gear, so that the first speed does not allow you to add ingredients through the top spout without stuff splashing all the way up the spout and out the top, making a mess! The smaller unit that I have is a 6-cup LIttle Pro Plus Cuisinart, so I am not sure if this is a manufacturer thing, or a size thing, as the Hamilton Beach is a 10-cup unit. Other than this, I like the larger unit for just over $50.

Perfect medium sized unit
Perfect size for my needs. Made canning prep a breeze. Stores easily. Doesn’t take a lot of counter space. Nice variety of slicing, shredding sizes. Easy to clean. Variable speed is fantastic

WOW!
I had an OLD oricessor that I held on to for way to long! This replacement should have been ordered long ago. Blades are really sharp. Capacity is greta and the blades go right thru everything. The bowl scraper is great and saves some time. Highly recommend
