What an amazing follow focus (FF). The quality is just top notch and is much better than FF's 3 times the price. The knob is made of aluminium and is pretty huge which makes focusing easy. The best part is there is absolutely no play or backlash. The rotary motion is uniform and super smooth throughout. The contact gear can be swapped to the front or back depending on the type of lens used. The only plastic used here are the white marking ring, which is removable and the blank cap, which provides an aesthetic vale to the FF. The hard stops are very useful as I can rack focus between two items without marking or use it as dead stops. The lever fits perfectly well and has a ball locking mechanism like a socket wrench. I can't recommend this highly enough and I am sure this FF will last a long long time. I am super happy with the product and would like to thank the seller for making these products affordable to regular enthusiasts.

Very good choice for a cheap alternative to start off. But I found it combursome where the lens gear ribbon keeps limiting the amount of rotation (for lenses with longer throw). I used the Sigma 35 DSDN photography lens. Also, it is bulky, while other options have a single rail connectivity. Finally, no matter how tight I fix it to the rails, there is significant play when you change focus direction. I don't like this things to be fidly & shaky.. .it is metallic and why should it not be rock solid like the rest of my rig. But, it gets the job done. I loved the smooth motion and the feel of the tightness.

Received the Follow focus. The product lives up to every claim made by the seller. I was looking for my first follow focus and after going through many products and reviews decided to buy this one. Happy with my decision. Solid and smooth. The discounted price makes this more attractive for buyers. The hard stops the speed cranks - everything as I said earlier, Solid and Smooth.
