Just ideal, fits snugly in your hand and can be put in any pocket, sound quality excellent both speaker and headphones (not provided), the signal reception and preciseness of the tuning very good. I bought this little radio for my EDC kit. I haven't used it a huge amount so far, so I can't comment on things like the battery life, but so far I've been really impressed. It's soooo lightweight. The sound quality is pretty good, and it fits into a pocket very easily. I would say it performs better with FM than AM, but then I find that is the case with all the radios I have. This is a great example of good things coming in small packages!

Nice little radio. Drags in the Medium Wave (AM) and FM stations well.Careful tuning enables me to listen to Spanish, Italian, Bulgarian and all UK national & nearby local stations on AM.If you attached a 20 foot piece of any thin wire to top of little telescopic aerial & you get amazing FM reception results!

I wanted a radio which i could play in the night if i couldn't sleep-i like listening to radio 4. this is great as it doesn't take up much room. the reception is only good with the ariael pulled out and in a certain position, and the tiny knob to put it on a bit fiddly-but over all i am very pleased with it.i am looking forward to taking it on dog walks with me.

This radio comes with me on my trekking breaks. It picks up signals in more remote areas and is very light weight (essential for trekking). The speaker enables listening when doing other chores or use a wired headphone for solo or night time listening.

The tuner is very limited and doesn't pick up all FM stations

Very easy to tune in, smaller than a packet of 20 cigarettes. Fits in a shirt pocket. Handy go anywhere radio surprisingly loud. Can be used to listen to in a moderate sized room.

Very happy with this FM/AM 2 band radio. Have tried many pocket radios for use while daily dog walking, gardening etc. and this is definitely far the best to date. Robust, good simple controls, good sound and stays on station ! Others fail as too flimsy, difficult to set up and with poor in-ear ear buds. You need to order separate ear buds as not supplied .
