Great Aerator and the Sediment Strainer Makes This a MUST-HAVE Wine Tool.
Rabbit Wine Aerator Shower Funnel with Sediment Strainer, in Stainless Steel, is an excellent wine tool. We keep several so we can decant multiple bottles simultaneously. The level of sediment removal is excellent, as the filter is very fine. It fits great with many decanters. We like to use it with the Eto Decanter. With the Rabbit, it aerates the wine, which helps big reds to open up nicely. Moreover, for older wines, the sediment removal helps significantly. My wife says she experiences no headaches now with the sediment removal when drinking red wine. It is easy to clean and very easy to use. At $20 on sale currently, we bought several. And they make excellent gifts.

A Truly Remarkable Wine Aerator!
This is a really positive review because this Rabbit Wine Aerator Shower Funnel with Sediment Strainer is simply amazing! From the moment I started using it, I was blown away by its exceptional performance. Not only is it incredibly easy to clean, but it also has a 2-in-1 process that both aerates the wine and traps sediment. It quickly aerates the wine, bringing out its full flavor and exposing it to more oxygen. And the best part? No mess or splashing! The durable stainless steel construction ensures its longevity, and the removable sediment strainer is a game-changer if a cork breaks. I've been using this wine aerator for years, and it's still my absolute favorite. Cheers to the Rabbit Wine Aerator Shower Funnel with Sediment Strainer for making every wine-drinking experience extraordinary!

These combination filters and aerators are probably the best tool in a wine drinker's kit
These combination filters and aerators are probably the best tool in a wine drinker's kit. Most of the table wine we buy is moderately good wine, then we hold it for 5-7 years before drinking. At least an hour before drinking we decant the wine into a serving vessel, using this 'tool' and it takes out the natural sediment as it as it aerates the wine - the end result is that it makes it the best wine it can be at a minimal price and effort. The 'tools' are also very easy to clean, just rinse with tap water. They are made of quality stainless steel so they last for years, there is no corrosion or sediment build up of any kind. I have bought them for family and friends and they feel the same as we do about their amazing utility and practical value.

Faster than the glassbunit.
Bought this to replace the glass unit I broke. It’s nice and sturdy, works with my Rabbit decanter. Only negative is that you must pour wuickly for the wine to fully flowfrom the holes and strike the sides of the decanter during aeration. Seems to aerate the wine just as well as the glass unit did, however.

Purchased one and loved it
If you like to get the most out of your wines (especially reds with some age) this is a must have. Most red wines improve with some 'air' time. The showerhead funnel does a wonderful job or aerating the wine and the mesh filter handles the sediments. Quick and easy to clean. Working on 4 other friends who now have one.

Extremely Useful Gadget for Wine Enthusiasts
This is a truly great gadget that meets a serious need for those of us who enjoy aging our wine to its optimum. I can vouch for how hard it is to find a metal sieve fine enough to filter out wine sediment. All I’ve been able to find are tea strainers that aren't nearly fine enough. For years I’ve had to wait for my wine to drip through coffee filters. But this little star has a truly fine stainless steel filter. It does a great job quickly, and then can then be rinsed out easily. Combining that with a wine-aerating funnel that can be used with or without the filter is a design coup. I’ve purchased several of these. They are making well- appreciated gifts for my friends and relatives who are wine enthusiasts.

Two for one gadget that seems to work well
I was looking for a non-plastic aerator and this one did the trick. Haven’t used the screen portion yet, it I have some old bottles of red wine that I’ve been saving ( forgot about!) and I think this will help filter the sediment. I’ve read you’re not supposed to aerate old wine, so I like the fact that the two functions are separate. I just tried it on an inexpensive bottle that came in a gift package — aerating directly into the glass vs decanting ... and it was surprisingly drinkable. Not sure if that was because of this gadget, or if the wine itself wasn't as bad as I expected. I’ve only used it a few times; just got a new decanter, so will try that combo method as well. So far, I like it.
