On the surface level they do appear to be vegan. However, the natural flavoring and sugar could potentially not be vegan. That depends on the method of sugar processing and the base ingredients in "natural flavor."

if I subscribe can I change flavors each month?

I don't see why not. I bought 5 boxes at one time, I don't continually get them. All the flavors are good

perfect for fall

Crumbs

Broken, every single one. The box looked completely normal when it arrived, not damaged at all. However every cookie was basically crumbs, not just broken in half which would have been "ok". Also I had FREE PRIME, ordered Wednesday Dec 6th to arrive Friday the 8th, got tracking right away and everyday it just kept changing. Finally arrived on the 12th. LATE! So between the late package and very damaged goods... not a great purchase sadly. (but hey, I'm eating the crumbs like granola at least)
