How long is this particular vinegar aged?

There's no aging data on the label or in the descriptions anywhere I found in a quick search of the net. Sherry wine is aged in the solera system where new wine is added now and then and product is taken from the system/barrels later. I don't think sherry vinegar is specially aged further, but I might be wrong. CW

Does anyone know the nutritional content? Looking for carb count.

I just looked at the label on my bottle; there are NO CARBS in this vinegar; 0 %. It is excellent vinegar, btw!! I reorder it.

What are the ingredients? Does it have for example food coloring like some?

The only ingredient listed is Sherry Wine Vinegar. This product contains sulfites.
