Great for joint pains after dengue and chikungunya. I was suffering severe pain in my wrists, ankles and fingers. Within a week the pains reduced and in two weeks I was back to working out. I take a tablet every night (will finish the whole lot by next week). Should be effective for post viral aches and pains (adult usage) and friends have used it for the same conditions for knees, shoulders, arms and other joints after dengue, chikungunya.

There is nothing special about it. Just an average nutritional substitute! Price is on the higher sidewhen compared to relief. Still better Glucosamine substitutes available in the Amazon market itself at lesser price!

After having this I don’t know it’s work or not but I know one side effect after consuming these tablets every-time i have throat soreness and dryness issue.

The product is nice and is value for money, comparing to Amway glucosamine which is not suitable for pure vegetarian and very costly

I consumed two tablets of this product for the 10 days but showed no sign of relief. Then i observed from the internet that 1500mg per day is advisable dosage. Whereas one tablet of above product is only 250mg. So I decided to consume 4 tablets per day i. e. 2tables in morning and 2 tablets in the evening. Now 5 more days have elapsed with this revised dosage. Without any results. Therefore, this product is not worth even if it is given free of cost. Totally wastage of money.

I took this medicine for regulating knee joints. I think this has been effective in pain relief.

I bought this for my parents as they were having regular knee pain. So, this was just advised from a family doctor to take for a course of 3 months and I won't say it worked wonders. But yes, their pain was relieved and it kind of kept the regular pain in control. Whereas My mom started getting a bit of headache and dizziness so we stopped her medicines. It was a good purchase anyhow.
