Nice product but broken during delivery
Cups are very nice . I really liked it but I have to return it as one of the cup handle is broken during delivery.

Worth money and design looks classy
Good quality and design. But smaller than I expected. It's the size of normal tea cup.

Quality Issues
The quality of cups are very nice but the issue is of size. Size is very small. Overall the product is good.

Received damage product
Product received in broken condition. I bought this product to gift it for some one. Once I opened the package with wrap intact I found that one of the mug is chipped away. Photo attached. As the plastic wrap is still intact I could even see the broken pieces inside. Now when I thought of returning it, the return window is closed which is quite ridiculous. Now I have no other option but to throw it in the bin.

This is exactly as shown in the image. Decent size & elegant design. Using it daily & easy to hold also. On time delivery from Amazon & happy about the product.

overall product is good but pricing is bit high
well one should not pay more than ₹300 for a dozen cups of such quality, they are bone china and not china clay or ceramic. bone china is cheap in markets. i ordered this cup as i urgently needed it for my office or else i wouldn’t have paid ₹470 for 6 cups. i bought 2 dozen cups
