Nextrend Garlic Twister 4th Generation (1, Green)

Bought this for my mother.She's getting older and has arthritis, and finding a good garlic mincer has been a constant battle over the years and she started using garlic less and less as a result. The problem is always good mincing vs ease of cleaning. I did find a very good rolling mincer with blades, but she also only used that intermittently after a while.This strikes a good balance of mincing and being easy to clean and she's now using fresh garlic more often again. Would recommend to anyone in same position.

With so many garlic tools out there, how do you choose? I tried this one and really ended up liking it a lot. It's very easy to use and to clean, surprisingly. You need to use a knife, very carefully so you don't scratch the plastic, to scrape the garlic out, but it's quite simple.

Pricey but a great product to have in the kitchen works as described

Work really well grinding garlic in record time, and game changer for grinding ginger. A bit pricey, but it's definitely good quality and I'm hoping it withstands the test of time.

This is for those cooks who use no more than 3 garlic pods at a time .. I tried a bunch and it did nt work.. then I did one at a time and it did .. with some effortI also tried crushing cardomon. Results were not great
